Starting gifted services without an onboarding experience is like handing a new employee a badge and a desk and hoping they figure out the rest. The right entry point changes everything. Gifted Onboarding creates intentional, supported transitions for newly identified gifted learners and their families.
DESIGNING FOR DEPTH
Gifted learners don't need different, they need deeper. And, depth is not the same as more. Giving a gifted learner more work is not challenge. It's punishment.
