OnBoarding gives learners language for their own giftedness and gives families a way in. Before a learner will risk going deeper, they have to understand how they learn.

DESIGNING FOR DEPTH

Depth is not the same as more. Handing a gifted learner extra work is like telling a marathon runner at the finish line to go run it again. That isn't challenge. It's punishment.
Designing for Depth is purposeful differentiation that builds real thinking. It's doable inside the schedule you already have.
